A fire at 59 Spring Street early Wednesday morning is considered suspicious.
The Major Crime Unit of the City police force is looking into what happened.
Flames and smoke could be seen coming from the roof and top story of the building just before 430am.
No one was injured. Tenants and pets were able to get out safely.
