Election 43 brings more opportunities for Canadians in a different corner of the globe to cast a ballot next month.
Anyone living abroad will be eligible to vote in the federal election.
Under old rules, Canadians who lived outside of the country for more than five years were not allowed to vote.
Electors living abroad still have to register with Elections Canada by Oct. 15 to ensure their eligibility.
