Joey Ratelle scored with 13.9 seconds left in the third period to give Chicoutimi a 4-3 win over the Saint John Sea Dogs to tie up their “Q” League semi final at 2 games each. Mathieu Joseph scored two goals for the Sea Dogs. Game five is at Harbour Station tomorrow night at 7.
In the NHL, Vernon Fiddler scored with 5:05 left and P.K. Subban had a goal and two assists to give Nashville a 4-3 victory over St. Louis in the opener of their second round playoff series…..Six goals were scored in the third period in Edmonton’s 5-3 win over Anaheim in the first game of that series. The Boston Bruins have made it official by naming Bruce Cassidy as their new head coach. He took over for Claude Julien when the Bruins were struggling and led them into the playoffs.
