Russell Martin homered in the bottom of the eighth inning to give the Toronto Blue Jays a 7-6 win over Tampa Bay. Kendry Morales also had a homer for the Blue Jays. Yasiel Puig has been suspended for one game after making an obscene gesture to fans in Cleveland following a home run. Puig says the fans had been heckling him while he was in the on deck circle waiting to hit.
