Thursday Morning Sports For October 23rd

Salvador Perez broke open Game 2 of the World Series with a two run double in a five run sixth inning and the Kansas City Royals beat the San Francisco Giants 7-2 to even things up at one game each. Game 3 goes tomorrow night in San Francisco.

In the NHL, the game in Ottawa between the Leafs and Senators was postponed because of the shootings at Parliament…….In the battle of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia rallied with 3 goals in the third period to down Pittsburgh 5-3…..Edmonton won its second in a row, 3-2 over Washington and Anaheim took Buffalo 4-1 with Corey Perry scoring three goals.

The Sea Dogs have moved up to eighth in the ranking of the top ten junior teams in the country.

Sources are telling ESPN New England Patriots cornerback Darrelle Revis was barred from practice by coach Bill Belichick for showing up late.
