Famed golfer Tiger Woods has been injured in a single-vehicle accident in the Los Angeles area.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office says emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle rollover just after 7 this morning local time.
Woods had to be extricated from the vehicle before transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The nature of his injuries was not disclosed.
The 45-year-old Woods was the only person in the vehicle.
