Tools stolen from parked vehicle in Saint John: police

Saint John police are investigating after several tools were reported stolen from a parked vehicle.

The incident happened in the 100 block of Prince Edward Street on Aug. 27, police said Tuesday.

“Surveillance video was subsequently reviewed, and it was observed that a male wearing a black hoodie, grey sweatpants, and a blue hat was seen going into the vehicle and leaving with a bag,” said the release.

Police released a video surveillance photo of the suspect in hopes the public may be able to help identify them.
