A heads up to drivers, the city letting us know work on Phase 3 of the project that involves the installation of the underground infrastructure on Waterloo Street from Richmond Street to 144 Waterloo Street is now underway.
That means traffic on Waterloo Street between Richmond Street and Golding Street is reduced to one lane and temporary traffic lights are in place. Richmond Street remains closed to through traffic and Exmouth Street is closed at the Richmond Street intersection.
The City tells us you can access Exmouth Street via Brunswick Drive.
