A fire in a pick-up truck in Harvey, N.B. in the early morning hours of July 25 was deliberately set according to the RCMP.
Someone was seen throwing an incendiary device through the window of the red 1997 Dodge Dakota and then taking off from the scene at a home on Route 3.
The suspect is described as being average height and build, wearing a light-coloured top, dark pants, a ball cap, and light coloured shoes.
