Three swings and three homers as the Toronto Blue Jays slammed the Boston Red Sox 10-4….Kendrys Morales hit a three run shot in the first inning. Jose Bautista connected for a solo home run in the third and Raffy Lopez hit a two run homer off the reigning AL Cy Young Award winner Rick Porcello who lost his 16th of the season…..The New York Yankees beat Baltimore 7-4 as Starlin Castro homered and drove in three runs. The Yankees now trail Boston in the American League East by just 2 and a half games.

Elsewhere, J-D Martinez became the 18th player in Major League history to hit four homers in a game for Arizona in a 13-0 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers…..Giancarlo Stanton of Miami hit his 53rd homer of the season and dented a TV camera in the process……Cleveland won its 12th in a row, 5-3 over the Chicago White Sox. In ogther play, it was Cincinnati 5 Milwaukee 4…..NY Mets 11 Philadelphia 7….Kansas City 7 Detroit 6….Colorado 4 San Francisco 3….Pittsburgh 12 Chicago Cubs 0….Los Angeles Angels 11 Oakland 9….St. Louis 2 San Diego 0….Houston 6 Seattle 2….Washington 7 Miami 2…..Tampa Bay 11 Minnesota 4 and Texas 8 Atlanta 2.
