Two young children escaped serious injuries after two separate vehicle-pedestrian accidents last night in Saint John.
The first was around 7 PM at Loch Lomond Road and Evergreen Drive when a parent and a child were in a crosswalk and the child darted in front of a car in the second lane.
The other incident happened around 730 PM on Manchester Avenue on the west side when a child ran across the road and was hit.
Police are reminding both drivers and pedestrians to be extra vigilant especially around dusk. No charges will be laid in either accident.
