Two people displaced after a fire at 97 Golden Grove Road.
Acting Platoon Chief Roy Byers says fire crews got the call at around 12:30 last night.
Byers says smoke was traced to an electrical issue in the crawl space underneath the home.
He says the fire resulted in some damage to the structure’s wiring, which resulted in the power being shut off in the home.
Byers says there were no injuries and the two people who have been displaced are staying with family until repairs can be made.
The fire is not considered suspicious at this time.
