A slew of charges laid against two Saint John men for the robbery of Sam’s Variety on Carmarthen Street in the south end on Monday night.
Seven charges have been filed against 24-year-old Terence Moses. They include armed robbery and illegal possession of a firearm. Three charges were laid against 25-year-old Chas Daigle including armed robbery and illegal possession of a firearm.
Both were sent back to jail with another court appearance December 15th.
Robbery charges from the holdup at Daly’s on Hampton Road have not yet been laid.
Shots were fired in both robberies.
