Less than 24 hours after discovering an inmate had escaped from the Dorchester Penitentiary, he is back behind bars.
45 year old Stephen Bugden was reported missing from the minimum security institution during a head count on Wednesday night.
An alert was issued Thursday morning.
RCMP say he was located Thursday night between Dorchester and Sackville.
