33,000 homes and businesses remain without electricity this morning in the aftermath of post tropical storm Arthur with almost 20 thousand of those in the Fredericton area.
Almost 39 hundred don’t have power in Charlotte County, over 26 hundred in Rothesay which also includes a large number in Quispamsis, Hampton, Grand Bay-Westfield, Kingston, Long Reach and Barnesville.
The Sussex area is down to under 300 customers still in the dark.
There has been the suggestion that NB Power waits too long before trying to line up independent line crews ahead of storms.
