Saint John police say a 30-year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has been arrested.

Ryan Cail was taken into custody by the Miramichi Police Force on Tuesday, said the police force.

Cail, who was living at a community correctional centre in Saint John, was accused of breaching the conditions of his statutory release.

He is serving a nearly three-year sentence for robbery, possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, failing to comply with a probation order, and being unlawfully at large.
