UPDATED: Man Dies In Quispamsis Crash

Police say a 21-year-old man from Quispamsis has died after an early morning crash in the community.

Kennebecasis regional police received a call about a single-vehicle crash on Gondola Point Road around 2:20 a.m. Thursday.

“The lone male occupant, a 21-year-old male from Quispamsis, died at the scene as a result of his injuries,” police said in a news release on Thursday morning.

Gondola Point Road was closed between Vincent Road and Shipyard Road for several hours but has since reopened.

Police are still trying to piece together the cause of the crash.
