Uride expanding to Quispamsis

Canadian ridesharing service Uride is expanding in New Brunswick.

The company has announced plans to begin serving the community of Quispamsis.

Residents can book a ride to or from any location in the town through the company’s mobile app.

CEO Cody Ruberto said they are committed to ensuring everyone can get where they need to go with ease.

“This represents an exciting opportunity for Uride to contribute to the local community by offering safe and affordable rides from or to Quispamsis,” Ruberto said in a news release.

It has been more than two years since the town passed a bylaw paving the way for ridesharing services to operate in the community.

Uride also operates in three other New Brunswick communities — Saint John, Fredericton and Moncton.
