It was September 2021 when the Saint John Sea Dogs announced the 2022 Memorial Cup tournament would be hosted at TD Station.
Before the first puck is dropped, organizers are seeking volunteers.
The Sea Dogs mention in a release those who sign up and are selected will have to work a minimum of 16 hours or four shifts and attend training and orientation sessions prior to the event.
Volunteers may be required to pass a criminal record check/vulnerable sector check.
Applicants must be 16-year of age as of December 31, 2021.
As well, volunteers must be vaccinated against COVID-19 under the provincial mandate.
