Former Toronto Blue Jay pitcher Roy Halladay, who won two Cy Young awards, died when his small plane crashed into the Gulf of Mexico. The 40 year old Halladay played 12 seasons for the Blue Jays and 4 more with the Philadelphia Phillies. He pitched a perfect game with the Phils.
