A west side home is damaged after a propane tank fire on Glenwood Drive.
Platoon Chief Eric Garland says gas technicians eventually arrived and were able to shut off the propane leak.
The propane tank was removed from the home.
The fire damaged the outside wall of the home and some water damage occurred inside.
19 firefighters responded to the call and were on scene for about three hours.
The two occupants of the home were able to get out before fire crews showed up.
Garland says the building was eventually turned back over to the homeowner.
