Saint John police say a woman has been arrested following an alleged assault in the uptown area.
Sgt. Ron Cooper said officers were called to an address in Stephen Park around 10:20 p.m. Saturday.
“As a result of their investigation, a 45-year-old female was arrested for an assault charge,” said Cooper.
Cooper said the woman will appear in court at a later date.
Police did not release any details about the victim or their condition.
