Police say a 33-year-old woman has died after her car left the road in Lincoln, near Fredericton.
Emergency crews were called to the scene on Nevers Road around 8:45 a.m. Saturday.
The driver, who was from nearby Rusagonis, died at the scene from her injuries.
The road was closed for several hours as part of the investigation into the crash.
Police say an autopsy will be conducted to determine exactly how the woman died.
