A woman has died after a head-on collision in northwestern New Brunswick.
Mounties say it happened on Highway 380 in New Denmark, near Grand Falls, shortly before 11 p.m. Friday.
“A vehicle crossed the centre line and collided with another vehicle,” the RCMP said in a news release Saturday morning.
A 41-year-old woman from Blue Bell, who was the driver of the first vehicle, died at the scene. She was the only person in the car.
The driver and a passenger from the second vehicle were taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
