An investigation is underway after a woman’s body was found after a fire inside a home near Campbellton.

RCMP were called to the residence in Val D’Amour on Saturday morning.
Both the fire and the death of the woman are considered suspicious.
An autopsy will be done to confirm the woman’s identity.
