Work Already Underway At Hopewell Rocks For 2017 Season

After a record setting year for visitors at the Hopewell Rocks, what happens now that the season is over?

Property Manager Noel Hamann says they’re still very busy, wrapping up a few guided tours that were booked previously and the park will go through an official closing down procedure.

And work has already begun on plans for next year, “We’ve got a number of trade shows that we attend, and we’re speaking to travel Operators and making more business connections. We’ve got a number of trade shows that we attend. We’re also looking to next year, which will be Canada’s 150th birthday. We have a sense that Canadians will be out in large numbers and looking to experience the beauty of New Brunswick and the Bay of Fundy.”

Because Hopewell Rocks is a public area, many people do also come in the off season for a bit of a different experience.

Hopewell Rocks had a record setting year, with around 260, 000 visitors.
