Saint John police arresting one man after the robbery of a cab driver last weekend and the theft of his cab.
Just before 630 pm last Saturday night, officers learned a cab was being robbed on Brunswick Drive in the Waterloo Village.
A man with a weapon asked the driver for cash, he got some and then told the driver to open the door and get out and he took off with the cab.
The cab was found on Exmouth Street the same night and the SJPD forensic and major crime units were called to the scene.
Early Tuesday afternoon, police arrested a 23-year-old man in the uptown core on charges of robbery and theft of a motor vehicle.
