One man is in custody and another is dead after a two-vehicle crash outside of Fredericton in Royal Road.
The head-on collision happened late Wednesday night on Route 620. A man was seeing fleeing from the scene and police managed to find the 39-year-old and took him to the hospital.
A 33-year-old man from Cardigan was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. His name is not being rleeased right now.
RCMP police dog services and a collision reconstructionist attended the scene.
