Common Councillor Greg Norton wants to see a comprehensive list published on the city website of all the surplus properties and vacant lands that are available….he says that’s one way to send a message that we are open for business.
He says the intent of this motion is to build a smooth channel for investors and developers of all shapes and sizes to identify properties no matter how many or how few the city may have in its inventory.
Norton says transparency in the city’s dealings sends a message that Saint John is open for business.
