A South End man charged with second degree murder in the death of his wife briefly appeared in court again today.
The courtroom was crowded with the family of 53 year old Joseph Paul Irving, whose wife, Cynthia, was found dead in their home in March.
Irving appeared dishevelled, with a large beard grown in since his last appearance.
His preliminary hearing is set for October 15th.
