The Public Health Agency of Canada is investigating a Salmonella outbreak linked to raw turkey and chicken products.
Officials say there have been 22 confirmed cases in four provinces as of Dec. 21, including one in New Brunswick.
Five people who became sick have been hospitalized and one has died.

Health officials say the illnesses date back to April of 2017, but almost half occurred in October and November of this year.
U.S. officials are also investigating similar Salmonella illnesses in several states linked to raw turkey exposure.
Officials say you should always handle raw turkey and chicken carefully and cook it thoroughly to prevent food-related illnesses.
