With heavy hearts, the family of Carm Parker (nee King) announce her passing, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at home. Born February 10, 1937, in Rogersville, New Brunswick. She was a daughter of the late Henry King and Aurore (nee Richard).
Carm loved to travel, she was well travelled and has travelled to many places, but a few places were Europe, New York, Florida, and Vegas. She loved to read, garden, and going to the casino.
Carm is survived by her son, Doug Parker; brothers, Reg King (Fran), and Rheal King (Becky); sister, Dianne Walton (Alphonse); son-in-law, Jim Race. Carm is survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Carm was predeceased by her parents; husband, Ronnie Parker; daughter, Karen Race; sisters, Ronalda Wyman (Bud), Delores Melnyk (Melvin), Bernice King, Hermance McCluskey (Len), and Reina Rushton.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424), A Funeral Service will take place from the Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Cemetery following.
