Friday, April 17, marked the welcome return of Flair Airlines’ seasonal service between Saint John and Toronto, a sure sign that summer travel is getting underway.
This year marks Flair’s sixth season flying this popular route. Once again, early passenger numbers show just how much our community values this flight.
Flair’s Saint John-to-Toronto service operates Mondays and Fridays until May 15, increasing to three times weekly (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) starting May 18.

Flair has built a loyal following by doing things a little differently. Their low‑fare model keeps base ticket prices down by offering a completely unbundled travel experience.
With Flair, passengers decide what they want to pay for. Need to add a checked bag, carry‑on, or extra legroom? You can customize your trip with optional add‑ons that suit your travel style and budget.
Reliability also matters to Flair, so they offer an on‑time guarantee.
For flights booked directly through flyflair.com, passengers receive an automatic $60 e‑voucher if their flight is delayed by more than 60 minutes or cancelled within 72 hours of departure. The voucher is valid for 60 days and can be applied toward future base fares.
To celebrate the return of service, YSJ surprised the first departing passengers with a few special treats – something travellers may see from time to time around the terminal. It’s our way of saying thank you to our community for supporting YSJ and the airlines that serve it.
