10 year old to spend day as a Saint John Police Chief

A very lucky 10-year-old boy is going to be a Police Chief for a day in Saint John.

Jesse Fallon was chosen as the winner of the 2026 Chief for a Day contest.

“Jesse thinks the perfect day in his life would be if he could be Chief for a Day. He has wanted to be a police officer since the age of four. He enjoys being a goalie for the Lancaster Raptors and collects bottles so he can help pay for his hockey. Jesse loves to help his mom at the special care home where she works with the elderly. Because he loves helping people so much, he thinks he would love being the Chief for a Day,” a Saint John Police news release stated.

The Saint John Police will serve under Chief Fallon for one day next month, when he visits Peel Plaza.
