A Retiree From K-Park Is Giving Politics A Try

A retiree from Kennebecasis Park thinks Kris Austin from the People’s Alliance should be the next Premier.

Mike Griffin says Austin is the only one will to tackle those taboo subjects like duality and corporate welfare.

He thinks people have had a stomach full now and he hopes the election campaign can be more than a popularity contest.

“We’ve seen where popularity contests get us, nowhere. With this string of spending announcements lately it’s like a trail of breadcrumbs to the gingerbread house. Come in, hop in the oven” Griffin says.

Griffin says he’s all about common sense, fairness and equality and the system we have now seems to be divide and conquer more or less.
