The Westside Rate Payers Association will no longer be seeing any members of common council show up to their meetings.
In a release, the city says due to the fact litigation has begun in the form of a proposed class-action lawsuit over the west wide water issues,
Common Council has been advised by its lawyers that it would be inappropriate for them to attend any more meetings.
As an alternative, the city says owners and occupants of West Side or their reps can request the opportunity to make a presentation before council.
