Driving In Fredericton Is Tough Today

The flooding situation is worsening in Fredericton. Water levels in the capital have already surpassed 8 metres, which wasn’t supposed to happen until sometime over the weekend. During the 2008 flooding, water levels reached 8.3 metres.

The city and its residents dealing with many areas of high water and a lot of road closures.

It appears that some Frederictonians are not observing the many barricades in place as the City keeps reminding everyone that the barricades are not a suggestion.
