Taste Of Egypt To The Rescue

The Taste Of Egypt restaurant on King Street has launched a one month fundraiser to help the S-P-C-A Animal Rescue which is running short of cat food.

Co-owner Paula Radwan found out on Facebook about their plight and decided to act.

This just happens to be kitten season which makes the situation more dire. Radwan says on a typical day, the S-P-C-A can go through 75 cans of cat food.

The restaurant will take donations and is offering their patrons 10 per cent off their bill if they contribute as an incentive.
