Another increase is in store for New Brunswick drivers before the start of the New Year.
Senior petroleum analyst Dan McTeague with Gasbuddy.com says gas prices are expected to rise about 3 cents per litre when the provincial regulator adjusts prices at midnight.
Gas prices have risen by about 8 cents per litre in the province over the past month.
McTeague predicts diesel and furnace oil prices will also climb by about 2 cents each per litre this week.
