Hear The Sweet Sounds Of International Singers

Singers from all over the world are in Saint John this week for a brand new event called Fundy Sound.

7 of the 8 performances by the international choir are free to the public at various venues uptown and outside Saint John.

Eleanor Austin of the Fundy Sound board tells CHSJ News singers from all over the globe will join a local festival choir.

She says they have singers from Hong Kong, the U.S., Quebec and they are also expecting singers from Nairobi.

International conductor Dr. Z. Randall Stroope has arrived from Rome to work with a choir of 250 singers for performance at the Imperial Theatre on Canada Day.

Tomorrow there will be a free performance by the choir inside the Marco Polo Cruise Ship Terminal and the food trucks will be in the parking lot.
