Saint John police are also looking into the death of a 61 year old woman living in the highrise on Ellerdale Street.
Police were called there at 8am this morning. It`s unclear if this death is suspicious.
Police will monitor the scene until an investigation and an autopsy to determine a cause of death has been conducted.
