We’re about half-way through the 8-week schedule for Passport to Parks with the next event at Flemming Court Splash Pad Park on Saturday.
The City of Saint John’s Recreation Co-Ordinator Greg Cutler tells us it’s a way to remind everyone about the many parks and green spaces in the City.
He says it highlights the location and it also gets famillies outside and promotes wellness.
The remaining stops for Passport to Parks are Little River Resevoir, Chown Field and the Carleton Community Centre.
This Saturday’s event runs 1-4pm on Saturday with a rain date of Sunday.
