It might be officially fall but it’s going to feel like the dog days of summer in some New Brunswick communities.
A level one heat alert has been issued for Fredericton, Woodstock, Oromocto, Chipman, and St. Stephen for Tuesday.
A level one heat alert from the provincial Heat Alert and Response System means that the humidex range is forecasted to be in the 35 to 39 degree range for one day and that certain vulnerable people may be affected.
The Heat Alert and Response System has three levels.
