The Leader of the Provincial PC Party says there is a way to save the Energy East Pipeline project which he says is on life support.
Blaine Higgs says the only way to salvage the pipeline project is for Premier Brian Gallant to go to Quebec and meet with Premier Phillipe Couillard and come to a mutual agreement they can take to Ottawa for approval.
Higgs told a Saint John Rotary Club audience that the rules keep changing for this project and that doesn’t bode well for it.
