A Canada wide warrant has been issued for a Quebec man who is unlawfully at large, but its believed he may be in New Brunswick.
RCMP say 27 year old Issac Moffat-Swasson may have travelled from Quebec to the Restigouche County area.
He is described as 6 foot 1, 200 pounds with brown eyes and shaved head. He also has several prominent tattoos on his face, arms, chest and back.
