The Red Cross will stop accepting new applications tomorrow.
The emergency aid covers January 24th and 25th and related power outages.
The Red Cross assistance program is intended to help those with low incomes cope with storm and power outage-related losses not covered by insurance,
the Disaster Financial Assistance program or other support programs.
