The life of an RCMP officer who served in New Brunswick will be remembered and honoured this weekend with a regimental funeral in Quebec.
42-year-old RCMP Constable Richer Dubuc died on March 6 after colliding with a farm tractor while on duty as a member of the RCMP Integrated Border Enforcement Team in Quebec.
He had just transferred from Moncton in January of this year.
The funeral will be held today at 3pm in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Books of condolence have been set up in Fredericton at the RCMP New Brunswick headquarters and at the Codiac Regional RCMP station in Moncton.
