The finalists for the Atlantic Journalism Awards have been announced and CHSJ News is among them.
CHSJ News, which is a member of the Acadia Broadcasting family of newsrooms, has been nominated in the best radio newscast category alongside VOCM in St. John’s and News 95.7 in Halifax.
According to the AJAs website, the awards “has been a continuous annual celebration of journalistic excellence and achievement in Atlantic Canada since 1981.”
The gold and silver awards will be given out at an event on May 6 in St. John’s.
