Saint John Common Council has ordered the demolition of two properties in the city after they have been designated as vacant, dangerous and dilapidated buildings.
The wrecking ball has been ordered for 36 Cranston Avenue as well as 2191 Ocean Westway.
No word on how quickly the demolitions will take place.
