A New Brunswick woman needs your votes to take the next step into becoming a plus size model with AdditionElle.
Karine McGraw Owens entered the Curvy Casting Call, and hopes to make it into the top 10.
She says there’s nothing wrong with being a plus size model, and she hopes she motivates more women to be comfortable in their own skin, “To encourage women of all shapes and sizes. Beauty comes with all shapes and sizes. You don’t have to be super small, because beauty comes from within.”
She says your vote can help to take her one step further, “The most votes will keep me in the top 20, and then the judges will choose the top 10.”
This opportunity will show off a whole other side of McGraw Owens. She works as a Project Coordinator in the structural steel industry, “I guess I have my construction side and I have my fashion side.”
Votes can be cast until April 5th.
